This notice covers the website intake at peterbaumgardner.com.

What is collected

The form collects your name, email address, website URL, relationship to the site, urgency, problem description, referral page, browser user-agent string, and a one-way hash of the connecting IP address for rate limiting.

Why it is collected

The information is used to determine whether the work fits, communicate about the request, prevent automated abuse, create a record of the inquiry, and troubleshoot failed notifications.

Where it is stored

Lead records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this site. A notification may be sent through Cloudflare Email Service. The database record remains authoritative if email notification fails.

What is not requested

Do not submit passwords, API keys, recovery codes, payment credentials, private customer data, database exports, or other secrets through the public form.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are retained while they are useful for evaluating, performing, documenting, or following up on requested work. To request deletion of your inquiry, email peter@peterbaumgardner.com from the address used in the form.

Tracking

This release does not include advertising trackers, remarketing pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling. Hosting providers may create ordinary security and request logs as part of operating the service.
